Thank you for choosing Orion Build. We strive to provide a reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping experience across Australia so you can keep your building projects, deck builds, and pergola installations on schedule. Please review our shipping policy details below.

1. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible structural post anchors, framing connectors, rafter ties, and timber construction hardware orders delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All structural brackets, post bases, and heavy-gauge fastener packs undergo weld penetration inspections, zinc coating uniformity audits, dimensional hole alignment checks, and reinforced freight carton packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
  • Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via standard carrier networks.
  • Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional trade postal routes, seasonal freight volume peaks, and courier parcel handling for dense steel hardware packages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Orion Build is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
